WHAT'S HAPPENING IN BECCA LAND?

Well, this week has been rough. I'm writing this on Wednesday evening and I've been battling a sinus infection/fever the past day and a half. I'm so exhausted and just want to sleep all day! Bleh. Here's hoping I'll be feeling a little better come the weekend, because I'm slammed with bouncy castle rentals! On top of that, I have five totes to paint, which I'm really excited about. Four of them are for an author and her new book, and I think they are going to turn out pretty fabulous, simply because the cover is fabulous!! I'm going to a book signing with a few fellow Oklahoma bloggers to see Gena Showalter on Friday night. I met her about 2-3 years ago, and she is super sweet, but I'm really looking forward to hanging out with some bookish friends! Most of whom I have yet to meet in person, but luckily that will all be changing soon. As soon as I have a chance, I'll be sure to post pics and all that. I've also been getting stuff together for next week, because my mom and I are road tripping to Dallas for the Fierce Reads signing with Nikki Kelly, Marissa Meyer, Jessica Brody, and Gennifer Albin! EEEEP! SO SO SO STOKED FOR THIS!!! It's about a 3 1/2 hour drive, and we are just going to drive down, stay for the signing, and come back but I'm extremely excited about it. I also bought a ton of new business cards to hand out that match the new blog design and I can hardly handle how freaking adorable they are! OMG! Anyways, I think that's about all that's been going on. I hope ya'll are all doing fabulous! I think I'm going to try to start reading  Belzhar by Meg Wolitzer tonight. What are you reading?

AREN'T THEY ADORBS?! OMG

  6. OOoh a signed Queen of Zombie Hearts!! I ordered one signed myself from the B&N she went to! Met her earlier this year myself! Love her YA books, they're so good! Of course I was devastated to learn that there likely may not be a final book to the Intertwined series! *sobs*

    Hope you enjoy your reads!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!

    Have a GREAT day!

  9. I freaking love your adorable business cards!! I need to get some new ones. I ordered from Moo back at the beginning of the year when I had my red and gray design, and I LOVE them, but they don't match anymore! I've been holding out until I settle on a blog design I'm 100% happy with and know will stick for more than a year (since I get bored with mine every 4 months!).
    I hope you're feeling better darling! <3
