WHAT'S HAPPENING IN BECCA LAND?
Well, this week has been rough. I'm writing this on Wednesday evening and I've been battling a sinus infection/fever the past day and a half. I'm so exhausted and just want to sleep all day! Bleh. Here's hoping I'll be feeling a little better come the weekend, because I'm slammed with bouncy castle rentals! On top of that, I have five totes to paint, which I'm really excited about. Four of them are for an author and her new book, and I think they are going to turn out pretty fabulous, simply because the cover is fabulous!! I'm going to a book signing with a few fellow Oklahoma bloggers to see Gena Showalter on Friday night. I met her about 2-3 years ago, and she is super sweet, but I'm really looking forward to hanging out with some bookish friends! Most of whom I have yet to meet in person, but luckily that will all be changing soon. As soon as I have a chance, I'll be sure to post pics and all that. I've also been getting stuff together for next week, because my mom and I are road tripping to Dallas for the Fierce Reads signing with Nikki Kelly, Marissa Meyer, Jessica Brody, and Gennifer Albin! EEEEP! SO SO SO STOKED FOR THIS!!! It's about a 3 1/2 hour drive, and we are just going to drive down, stay for the signing, and come back but I'm extremely excited about it. I also bought a ton of new business cards to hand out that match the new blog design and I can hardly handle how freaking adorable they are! OMG! Anyways, I think that's about all that's been going on. I hope ya'll are all doing fabulous! I think I'm going to try to start reading Belzhar by Meg Wolitzer tonight. What are you reading?
AREN'T THEY ADORBS?! OMG |

ReplyDeleteMY STS: http://booklovingnut.blogspot.com/2014/10/stacking-shelves-13-october-4-2014.html
OOoh a signed Queen of Zombie Hearts!! I ordered one signed myself from the B&N she went to! Met her earlier this year myself! Love her YA books, they're so good! Of course I was devastated to learn that there likely may not be a final book to the Intertwined series! *sobs*
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy your reads!
My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
Ahh you're going to the Fierce Reads tour? Have fun!!
ReplyDeleteYay! How did Gina's signing go?
ReplyDeleteThe Queen of Bright and Shiny Things looks really good. Enjoy it! Happy reading. My STS.
ReplyDeleteI freaking love your adorable business cards!! I need to get some new ones. I ordered from Moo back at the beginning of the year when I had my red and gray design, and I LOVE them, but they don't match anymore! I've been holding out until I settle on a blog design I'm 100% happy with and know will stick for more than a year (since I get bored with mine every 4 months!).
ReplyDeleteI hope you're feeling better darling! <3
